Delivering this high level of comprehensive care requires significant clinical work, data integration, and direct communication with outside professionals outside of your scheduled appointment times.
To maintain the highest standard of care, transparent pricing, and practice integrity, we structure and bill out-of-appointment interdisciplinary collaboration as independent professional services.

Fee Structure & Billing Mechanisms
Care coordination fees apply to clinical work performed on behalf of the patient outside of face-to-face sessions, including but not limited to:

Case Conferences & Consultations: Structured phone or video meetings with outside supports (e.g., therapists, primary care providers, school/IEP teams, case managers, sports coaches, or personal trainers).

Comprehensive Document Review: Deep-dive analysis of external files (e.g., extensive therapist progress logs, multi-page IEP/504 plans, court or legal mandates, medical records, or specialized fitness/nutrition tracking data).

Clinical Updates & Correspondence: Formulating and transmitting specialized clinical progress updates, treatment modifications, or behavioral guidance to your outside teams (such as athletic trainers or coaches).
Out-of-appointment collaboration is billed on a time-and-resource basis matching standard clinical coding weight structures. Clients can choose to pay per-service or authorize monthly care tracking:

Comprehensive Case Prep & Data Integration: $400 for the 1st hour, $150 for each additional hour. This applies to dedicated blocks of time spent actively reviewing, interpreting, and analyzing external documentation to guide or adjust the prescriptive treatment plan.

Interdisciplinary Team Conferences: $100 per 30-minute block. This applies to scheduled phone or video consultations, including prep time, with your outside care team where the provider is actively participating in care alignment.

Monthly Ongoing Care Coordination: $75 per calendar month. This covers a monthly cumulative threshold of at least 20 minutes spent handling ongoing emails, brief phone calls, and writing routine clinical updates to outside supports like coaches or trainers.
Practice Guidelines & Boundaries

Standard administrative overhead, such as sending faxes, processing record requests, or scheduling meetings, is completely free of charge. You are only billed for active clinical review, analysis, and direct professional communication.

Stride Integrative Psychiatry operates on a private-pay, fee-for-service model. While we do not interface directly with insurance companies, a detailed superbill outlining standard care management and evaluation codes (such as 96130, 96131, 99367, or 99484) can be provided upon request for you to submit to your PPO plan for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

No extensive, multi-hour record reviews or team conferences will be scheduled or conducted without prior verbal or written notification and authorization from the account guarantor.
